Bros, for the minimum 10x RM50 transactions in the categories you chose.
What about those transactions less than RM50 also in the categories you chose.
Would you entitle for 10% rebate also?

For eg, you transactions (in the categories you chose) are like below in a month, total RM1000.
RM50 RM50 RM50 RM10 RM10 RM50 RM50 RM50 RM50 RM50 RM50 RM530
The rebate is RM100 for the month?

Yes... you would get 10% on the RM10 swipe, as long as you FULFILLED the min 10 tranactions >RM50.

just got some questions to clarify...

i got a little bit confuse towards the 10% rebate when i try to getting the card:

1) so what's the 2 categories that you guys chosen?

2) about the RM100 capped of rebate, meaning to say every month we have to spend RM500 with few conditions (MUST be within the telco+2 category u picked; MUST be at least RM50 per spend). Lack of one u will not be entitled for the rebate? It's kinda tricky as we have to spend RM500 monthly with this card, somemore have to ensure every transaction is more than RM50 in each 10 transaction... and yet, if let's say i sign for Dining category, buta buta that dining outlet is not holding a dining merchant machine... there goes the whole month rebate, perhaps make a few more to spare? LOL..

3) i have question on the Dining category also... i feel to choose this... but is Starbucks/ any coffee shop said located at Bangsar Telawi / or bars within this category? any example which fall in this category?

Yea, it's not so straight forward, some said Aeon Jusco is under groceries, but HLB FAQ said it's not, even though the MCC code fell under groceries section.

Understand your concern on swiping for dining, you thought you already entitled for the 10x RM50.. then next month statement actually 9x entitled.. no rebate at all.

You can pay thru OCBC online but only get 1% CB instead of 5% b4 Nov2103.

Yes, bro, it's only 1% cash back, not so attractive.
So looking to pay by this HLB card, but not sure how to pay online. smile.gif
