Yes...u have to register the e-billling. But u have to wait 1-2 days for SAJ to approve your registration only then u can pay online by credit card. BTW... The bill will reach you as usual. Somebody have to read your meter and print the bill !

sure. i call twice. first cs tell me that he will try to waive it. and second cs tell me that sue can waive and he do it for me. the annual fee reverse appear in my statement after two days i call second cs.

how come no GST charged?

Fed up with HLBB. Every year kept charging annual fee when during application, it was supposed to be No Annual Fee. And if late by 2 days, they will call u 3 times a day. Right now, I got a friend at TM to supply with all numbers registered under Hong Leong. Already added all to my phone block list.

alr charged annual fee and service tax last month. they don want to waive gst for me. only annual fee is promised for reverse by cs.

i call cs before gst and annual fee charged in my statement and cs tell me hw to waive since no charges, and he ask me call back after charged.

the gst charge at 27th feb and annual fee charged at 1 march 2014. then i call cs again at 3 march 2014 and it reverse annual fee only and no gst.
