Last time I use excel files to track transactions and cashback for my credit cards as well.
Now I track it using google docs. Pretty much same with excel. Just that it's on the cloud. Can check with phone or using other ppl tablet and pc. Instead of tying to my own pc at home / office only. Much better. |

QUOTE(smsbusiness2u @ Nov 19 2013, 11:27 AM) I think 0.1 % still ok of can get 10%. But, may be is limited to RM500 equivalent in other currency for 10% as we need Any local or foreign transactions >RM50 will be counted towards the minimum 10 swipes.10 retail transactions with minimum RM50 each (if my assumption below is correct). So I do a print-to-pdf and then copy-paste from the pdf content into Excel. Excel is great, I use various formula/condition to auto calc, things like if it is weekend, if it is 5%/1%; 2xTP or 5xTP; TP (and in RM value) cumulated/redeemed; round up/down; CB by category; effective return; projection of how much balance (no of swipes and amount) I am away from the max CB; cumulative CB from each card; no of EPP installments reamianing; annual spent by category, recon between statement and physical slips; link cc payment entries to my IBG/SA account entries; etc. |
