I'm thinking of refinancing my house. Anyone know what the rate given by these banks?
Maybank CIMB OCBC My house still have RM192k balance. and the current value is RM500k. If I wanna do cash out option, which bank that still haven't start the 10 years tenure capped option. thanks |

The only bank that offer true ZEC right now is BSN.
