Hello everyone
May I know what's the current rate to refinance a house? Is it still at 4.4% My current home loan with MBB is 4.48% with outstanding cost of financing at MYR890K+. A google search show My property is valued at MYR1-1.15mil. I'm looking to refinance for lower interest rate only. Not interested to cash out. |
