Need your expertise on this. My brother is having a nett takehome salary of 3.3k after deduction of all the tax. He is serving a hire purchase of RM960 monthly with PBB. How much house loan is he eligible to ?

Hi agents or consultants, i need your advise on this.

I plan to purchase two new units with one being a SOHO priced at 280k and condo 480k (both after discounted of 10% new launch)

I have a nett salary is RM5k and servicing a hirepurchase of RM960.

Will i be eligible to apply for Housing loan for both units. What i plan to do is as below:

SOHO RM280K apply loan under my own name

Condo RM480k apply loan joint name with my GF(Fiancee) which has RM2k of nett salary.

Will this be feasible or work? If cant then how should i proceed ? Kindly PM me.
