Looking to refinance my home (only 1 mortgage outstanding & this is it).
Have looked at SCB's & Citibank's offer (current = SCB) and just to share from my understanding, see pix below,

Have U found one that is like SCB's Islamic M1 with capped interest rate of 9.99%pa,
yet as juicy as Citibank's "no $10 pm, no legal, cash back?
If U did, can point this old dog to the right direction
