Need your help.
Lately, I bought a property, while applying mortgage loan, i was told by the bank that I have a case with RHB Bank Card Center in 2010. It is shocking news to me because I am aware that I never have any default payment issue with any financial institution since I started working in 1990.
The bank forwarded copy of the CTOS report to me. After reading it, I noticed that it was the Corporate Credit Card in my former company. When I work in that company, it gave all senior manager a RHB Corporate Credit Card to pay for expenses spent on behalf of company.
The FUN part:
March 2009 : When I quit the company, I notified RHB Card Centre to terminate my card and fully settled all the sum. The card center confirmed card is terminated and nil balance. In fact, I called them yesterday, they checked the system also confirmed my card was terminated in 2009 with nil balance.
August 2010 : RHB Bank issued summon against the company for 52k and named all the corporate card users as defendants as well (including me).
MY Questions:
1. How can the bank summon me if my card was terminated with nil balance?
2. This is corporate credit card, why the users named defendant?
I called the lawyer of RHB Bank, she said the case was fully settled and closed years ago. but CTOS did not update.
Bro, I have perfect financial records with CCRIS, if not this CTOS innocent case, i am 100% clean. I am concern the bank may reject my loan based on this settled case.
May I know what can i do in this case?
How to get CTOS to remove my record?
The RHB lawyer said RHB Bank can get CTOS to remove the record, true?
Any lawyer bro / sis can help ? Can I hire you to do the above for me? Price?

I spoke to the RHB, he said needs to investigate first before issuing clearance letter to me.
My goodness, i am innocent in this case, never ever accept corporate credit card again in my life.
I thought local authority instructed bank not to use CTOS anymore years ago? What happened to this directive?
I have perfect credit records, now it destroy it without i aware of it.
What I am very concern now is the CIMB will reject my mortgage loan application! Any banker here can help?
SUMMARY of PROPERTY & COMMITMENT:
My property : Tropicana Garden Studio Unit.
Purchase price : RM767k
I have zero commitment now (just fully settled all my existing house loan, car loan last 2 months);
Income : RM135k based on 2012 EA form.
My CCRIS records is ALL 0 for credit cards; ALL 1 for fully settled car loan (1 due to timing of remittance, should have know this, stupid me, 29th due paid 1st, ceraka).
Any bankers here can help?
