I'm looking for semi-flexi loan for house value RM480,000. Bank loan would be 90% (RM432,000) at 30years.

Age : 31
Net salary: RM3,900 per month
No commitments. No outstanding amount for credit card and always pay on time

Preferred banks would be RHB, Maybank, OCBC and Public Banks. Other banks welcome to offer me as well.
