Myself : Age 47, Gross monthly income : 5,715 , annual EA RM 83,700
Wife : Age 41, gross monthly income: 3,700 ,annual EA RM 47,500

We want to get a joint- loan (me & wife ) . My target offer for the auction about : 280,000 .

This is my 1st home under my name. So I will apply for KWSP money ...my target loan could be about RM 200,000

My other loan is for my car : RM 800/month . balance to go RM 48,000
My wife 1st house loan will be paid fully next year. Our 1st home in KL (SStorey-ren) valued at RM 480,000 currently

No other hutang except Toll to pay everyday
