hi all, Im planning to refinance my housing loan so I could get extra cash to renovate my house. My current mortgage package is with Bank Islam as follow. Loan Amount: RM415,753 Rate: BFR - 2.5% (BFR at 6.6% now and rate capped at 10.75%) Duration: 39 years NO LOCK IN Period Monthly payment: 1781.51 Im looking to get an equivalent offer or better for the refinancing purpose. The current market price of my house stood at around RM650-700k. My prefer mortgage option would be Islamic but will consider conventional as well. So to all loan agents etc please PM me if you can give an attractive offer. Thanks   |
