I currently salary was 3.7k 23 years old. May I know the maximum loan I can go for?

Hi, I am still looking for housing loan. The project is Taman Ria Mas and the developer is Soon Sin Hin Development Sdn. Bhd.

So far I have applied to Maybank, AmBank, Public Bank, and Hong Leong bank. OCBC is not one of the panel. None of the banks get back to me yet except Public Bank and the rate is quite bad. Blr - 2.3 at 80% finance of margin.
My partner and I have good credit record. Never have outstanding balance in our CCRIS. It is the first house for me and second house for my partner. Both of us don't have personal loan or car loan.

I don't know why the banks are so slow at approving our loan applications. I'm not sure whether having too many credit cards is an issue here (I have 6 credit cards). Please help.

Cause it has been 10 days since I signed the Letter of Offer. There is a 14 working days clause from that day until signing of SPA. Interest chargeable after that.

Neither the banks nor the my middle man contacted because of that and it has been more than 2 weeks. Am quite disappointed with how things turn out.
