I'm planning to get my first condo under my name. Just wondering

1) Can we apply for multiple banks before deciding which gives the best rates?
2) Is there a limit on the number of banks we can apply with?
3) I read that PBB is strict if you miss payments =.="" Other than PBB, which other banks do you recommend?
4) Which bank has the best rate?
