if scenario as such, what is the outcome:
loan tenure 30 years.
original loan amount RM300k.

assume outstanding loan amount to date is RM100k.
present market value is RM550k.

if refinance or top up to RM500k, what is the calculation?
new installment based on:
a) 30 years RM300k installment + 10 years RM200k top up installment; or
b) 10 years RM500k installment?
