Hi, I would like to know few things, assuming my new loan is 200k.
1. How much do I need to pay for for legal stuff, stamp duty and etc. 2. Monthly installment if 30 years |

beside legal fee, valuation fees and stamp duty, any other charges I need to aware of?

Hi, I would like to ask, from the housing loan repayment statement, it mention that the interest rate have reduce from 4.82 to 4.57%, can I know how would it affect my installment?
