May I know is my fren condition available for house loan?
Monthly income minimal rm5k (rm4k plus commission), but no epf, worked in the company for 6 months.documents available are bank statement, payslip and letter of confirmation.monthly commitment is car loan, rm580. If he is available, what is the max amount that he can loan for? |
