Hello Bankers.
I would like to enquire about purchasing a residential vacant land. Then build a house on it. 1- What is the interest rate for purchasing only the land?MOF?Tenure? 2- Can I apply to finance the land AND construction cost? If yes, again, interest rate/MOF/tenure? |

I calculate my DSR, and I got 11%. Is it true that too low DSR will affect the housing loan application? This is my first home. |

Is is true the banks do not give loan the individual with CCRIS record of less than a year? |
