Could you share me your breakdown of basic salary + any fixed/variable allowance + commission?

And what's your current age and are you looking for single name application or joint name?
*
im pure commission earner, no basic salary, only the 2.5k rental is fixed income.

35 now, looking for single name application.

is it possible?

you mean to say from Dec - May = RM0 while Jun - Nov = you say that's your entire year comm  for 2020 ?
*
july to december as stated in first post, january to jun got some only, negligible amount..

may be my question should be like this, is it possible for me to get a 600k loan with only latest 6 months commission & 2.5k per month rental income?

commitment
car loan 800 per month
joint name housing loan 2.6k per month, so consider 1.3k commitment for me?

thank you!!

if base on recent 6 months commission statement + rental income, DSR should be within guideline. However, different bank will have different recognition on commission income and rental income
