Hi, i currently buying 2nd house, i have ptptn issue therefore other banks still pending. Only CIMB approve my loan but they offered me 4.75%.
My loan amount is 90% but is less than 400k. I asked the banker why mine is higher than others. She say my rating is like that. May i know what determine my rating?

P/S: i asked is it because my ptptn but the banker say no.

Hi all, anyone using public bank semi flexi?
Banker told me that I can't pay more to offset principal amount during construction period? I can only so so (utilize the semi flexi function) when the full loan disbursed aka VP?

Is it truth or myth? Why it's practicing different than semi flexi of other banks?? (Mbb can pay more to offset principal money after the first disbursment)

I asked abt the "offset principal" tactic during construction then he baru mention. I gonna draft out things I want to ask him, thanks!
