Income : RM 2500 permanent job almost 2 years already

Interested to buy a RM130k APARTMENT RIMBA II, SEKSYEN 16, SHAH ALAM from first owner
for investment purposes (renting). Currently do have tenants.

Looking for ZEC loan + 35 years tenure + good rate..

Please advise possible monthly payment..
