Hi, I intend to purchase a residential property for 519k. I am planning to apply for a loan amount of 400k as I will be putting 119k as d/p. My nett monthly income is 15.5k (after deductions of epf, etc.),my annual income could reach more than 200k. But I only have 10 years left of my service. Currently I have a loan of 2.1k for another 17 months and and 2.0k for 12 months, that is all. I am planning to get a tenure of 15 years and will settle the loan before retired. What banks provide the best flexi and islamic offer?Under my circumstances, will it be hard to get loans approved?thanks!
Without looking at your eligibility (DSR), the top three packages for ur case is Home Smart-i from HSBC (4.35% interest rate), followed by CIMB Islamic Flexi Loan (4.40% interest rate) and also I-Wish Flexi from Alliance Bank (4.40% interest rate also). However, i am not sure whether ur DSR eligible for these package or not. I think u can try to check your housing loan eligibility via online calculator. Btw, u can also compare all the housing loan packages in Malaysia via online. The comparison result i shown in above is also searched thought online.
