I wish to seek for home loan for house value RM520,000. Bank loan would be 90% (RM468,000) at 30years.

Preferred banks would be RHB, Maybank, OCBC and Public Banks. Other banks welcome to offer me as well.

Gross salary: RM6,080 per month (fixed)
Overtime: Average RM1,000 per month
Total Gross Salary : Average RM7,0000
Nett : RM5,800 to RM6,000

Current commitments
Credit Card: No outstanding amount, always pay on time
Personal loan: No personal loan
Home loan: No home loan
Car Loan: No car loan
