Hi

In regards to loan package, few banks like PBB, MBB, RHB and CIMB are offering quite okay about 4.25% - 4.3%

With regards to loan package, there is derived of Semi and Full Flexi loan.

If you don't do regular withdrawal then Semi Flexi loan is good enough, otherwise, take up a full flexi loan so you won't incur withdrawal fee.

Just in case you're wondering what's semi and full flexi loan as first home buyer

Semi Flexi
- Normally comes with withdrawal fee
- No need to maintain current account
- Will need to wait longer for your money to return back to your savings account
- No monthly fees
- Usually recommended for people who are not business owner

Full Flexi
- Normally doesn't come with withdrawal fees
- Need to maintain current caccount
- Don't need to wait for your money to go back to your current account to make withdrawal
- Monthly fee to maintain your current account
- Usually recommended for people who runs a business as money comes in from businesses, it will save interest on the daily rest. And the business owner can use that money again a few days or weeks later for his business.

Can anybody elaborate the details, pros and cons if below 2 products from Maybank?

I am trying to understand in detail for Maxihome Flexi Lloan vs Commodity Mudarabah Home Financing-i.

Banker somewhat unsure or reluctant to elaborate, call center told me to refer to branch.

House price 245k, 220k loan amount, 90%. Which product will be a better choice?

Im having a question. After singning the loan agreement, genereally how long would it take to have the first disbursement ?

Can the borrower request for a later disbursement? Say 6 month from the loan agreement sign? What would be the process? Thanks in advance

Need advise, my snp lawyer is pushing me to make full settlement on my legal fee which I'm disputing on the total amount. The have wrote to me saying " we are unable to advise your End Financier Bank for loan drawdown while pending your full settlement". What would be the possible implication on me with the developer/lawyer/financier? Would I be charge with penalty if I delay the legal fees payment?
