I planning to purchase a completed subsale freehold house in Selangor, with SPA price of RM500k. Is there any Financial Institutions able to absorb the legal fees with no other hidden charges/costs? Please advise. My net disposable income is approximately RM3.8k after deducting other instalment / commitment.
