Casual Junior Member 401 posts Joined: Nov 2008 From: PENANG	Hi Sifu ! New homebuyer here. Lets say I am looking for flexi loans... Should I go for 90% loan or lower percentage (I actually prepared some funds for DP). Should I just take full and park the excess on mortgage to reduce the monthly interest ? Thanks in advance !
