I am an foreigner on an employment pass (work visa). I have been living in Malaysia for more than half of my life. Please provide me the best loan packages that I can get.
Age: Below 30. Net salary: 7400 House purchase price: 950,000 Type: Freehold, Condominium, Direct from developer, Complete this month Location: Along Jalan Kuching Financing type: Islamic
Am I able to get 90% MOF?

Can anybody or banker tell me is there OUT SOURCE company who does HSBC as well beside OCBC, Maybank, Public Bank and etc?
If I want to submit document, I want HSBC being part of it with rest of the bank for processing.

Hi sifus out there,
I would like to know the downside of having a loan with lock-in period but it start from the date of signing the S&P. Lock in period is 3 years and the construction takes 3.5 years. Would appreciate your expert advice on this. Thanks!

Usually lock-in period starts on the first disbursement of the loan and as for under-construction properties it depends on when is the first scheduled claim received by developer from the bank.

Hi. Me and my partner ( both fresh graduate with working experience > 6months) are planning to buy a subsales house in cascadia lake vista at rm 480, 000. Heard from the agent the current bank evaluate at around Rm 520000. Just wondering whether is there any possibility to obtain 100% loan of rm 480, 000. Pls advice and pm me ur package.
Total net income after epf = Rm 4335 Total monthly commitment = RM 600

Signed S&P for DSL house in Kota Damansara, 600k. Looking at 35 years loan (Current age 26), 90% financing.
Please pm if your rate is BLR-2.4 or more as currently being offered that rate by some bankers. Also PM if got promotion - legal fees absorbed etc

Background: A sold property (soho) to B to settle some biz transaction. B instructed to put C's name under the property.
C wants to take up a loan (re-mortgage) at a price below the market value of the property.
Question: 1. Does the normal mortgage loan package applies? 2. Please offer me your best rate+package and all T&C/benefits. (looking at longest tenure, 35 yrs & low entry cost if possible) 3. Does 1st time homebuyer still applies to C?
Info: Net salary around 2.7k (after less EPF, tax,SOCSO, car loan).
