this post is not meant to praise nor thrash any developments but merely to illustrate some pointers:

Paradigm Residences
Confirmed mall (already in operation. successful or not, up to individual's assessment).
Infrastructure - closeby to major highways such as LDP, NKVE, KESAS, FH, etc
Rail Factor - present closest station at KJ LRT with complimentary shuttle buses
Others - Low density. Only 100+ units. Proposed luxury hotel.
Tropicana Residences
Proposed mall (although quite confirmed lah but whether sucessful or not, dunno yet. Can use Tropicana City Mall as benchmark maybe?)
Infrastructure - closeby to major highways such as NKVE, LDP, MRR2
Rail factor - integration with proposed MRT station
Others - near bustling DS and close proximity to Mutiara D'sara and BU township.

technically, i would say both have its strength.
But does it justify it's pricetags?
