approved adi, letter offer oso sign adi... actually, made appointment with the lawyer to sign at sales gallery last weekend. Then go all da way there, when I reached, they said they dun hv da docs for me to sign ==!!! Say will reschedule but till now they din call me... lawyer is GYC... really beh tahan these lawyers...

i didn't get any emails, but i dun remember if i gv them my email address o not... but i did get a physical letter dated 16th aug, say hv to sign within 7 days. but when i got it, it's already the 6th day ==!!!

the worst thing is, da guy who call me wasn't even there on that day n his poor colleague looked so confused n hv to explain on his behalf... i really wanna #%#@%?! him...

sorry just to make it clearer, lawyer called and i requested them to email me the draft agreement to read so in the email they mentioned the dateline.

i suggest to write in to MS hq via their website. At least to alert them on the lousy service provided by their panel lawyer?

The lawyers damn lousy, mine is khairil something one. When I email ask when to sign? Only say ASAP, then threaten to cancel the booking if drag.
We waited for 5 month for signing, now few days delay then got threaten.
Then wanted to go sign this morning, email them since Tuesday to confirm timing, until now also no reply

Maybe they rush the early early buyers signing first. Bcz they keep call me almost everyday. I was outstation and told them maybe next week but they told me last day is 31st Aug 2013 and if I wanna drag, I must inform developer or else cancel my unit and release to public. The prob is Mah Sing SA also never pick up my calls. Tired.

Am under considerate mode now. Esp due to the news of Phase 2, Birch is open for preview as soon as next Monday means it would be total 900+ units of 20x65.

Then may be it make sense to wait till next week.

I got question on loan agreement too, we got free loan legal fees right if use back SPA lawyer from MS? That's what I recall, and that's what Khairin told me also..

Yes. Free loan legal fees from developer but not stamp duty.

I think ur banker has no experience or being confuse. If to use back his own panel lawyer, how cheap also the lawyer kenot give 100% discount on legal scale fee ( where if to use back MR2 panel lawyers, its free ) And stamp duty is not waiveable, we got to pay both side.

Unless the lawyer do the loan agreement for free.

Not an easy decision, the only advantage is early entry. Tough competition
