today mahsing having grand launch for m residence 2 - birch from 4pm to 8pm @ m residence club house
they had prepared a show unit for birch oso, it is located beside alpine's showunit...but oli can start view it at 4pm, too bad i have no time to stay so long:'(...anyone free can come have a look n perhaps upload some pic for the show unit:-)

It's was advertised on star newspaper....i saw it..too bad..i went in the morning and everyone there were busy...no one entertained me..can anyone updates the sales chart and lauching day photos?

if got mermaid at clubhouse, i think all residents will not be at home... busy queueing at clubhouse to take a swim... 

i would bring the whole mermaid back home. kena korek lubang make a pool inside house. 

16 out of 52 units cluster homes being sold last weekend.

Probably because they expect the progressive payment to be started last year, but the land hasn't been cleared and if they haven't pay the developer, means they're not earning anything yet..

As in the plan. it should be public. I did not see any fencing in master plan. As far I know, the Lotus Lake is not so NICE now. It just abandon lake, not like the one so nice as drawn in brochure. Probably they will rebuilt the area after this.

It just behind the entrance to MR2 (sand road), many lorry in and out to the site, if not mistaken, there is big advertisement board that promotes Caspia.
