With this kind of pricing, MR2 - RM438K, and
Emerald Garden 's 3 storey link from RM738K, 24x80 compared to to Anggun 3's 818K, seems the earlier looks cheap.

The developer also nee time to build the club house, beautify the Lotus lakes and etc

LH and FH does not matter for own stay as FH is getting lesser. Nobody in this thread can live till 99 years LH expired. Furthermore, LH is renewable, unless government want to use it to build public amenities. But when government want to acquire land for this purpose, FH or LH doesn't matter already. Both land can be acquired anytime, when necessary.

It is a strata title development, they have 3 years time to build, and basically 2 storey link house needs only around 15 months to complete.
