u know why i very frustating and complain about this..

that becouse last problem for the rear pillar, they said the screw should be there..the Proton staff themself..not only one, 3 people of proton guys there said the same thing..that problem happen because there is no screw there..that is why i demand to ask why not front side and other lubang no screw too..

mybe your case ur proton guys said, it is a factory standard..normal for all preve..then ok..i understand and just buy some screw to fit it on.

but they, who done service to my car..at EON service center alor star completely agree by themself that someone at the factory forgot to put the screw...
and last saturday i ask to check for other lobang got screw or not..they dont check.
that is why i angry bro..kalau nak cover line pun awat depa tipu den..

sapa nak beli preve aku? nak jual 58k cfe 20k mileage

Bro, sad to hear this..accidentally read bout it sweat.gif

[attachmentid=3459760]

[attachmentid=3459761]

are this normal? look like the coolant come out a bit from this pipe?
*
in whatever case, coolant dripped out is not normal!

coolant is there to maintain the temperature, thus if the coolant level is low, u might endanger ur cvt or engine

aiya..how much u upgrade engine? normal campro or cps?
why not just trade in the car for gen2 1.6 instead?

standed car...mostly after 5 years..will have problem sana sini.
*
to be honest, bought a new car, which is fake lala.. have been using it since 1.5years... no regrets, syukur alhamdulillah made a wise decision. (except that i chose 1.8 instead of 2.0 cry.gif )

yes i know urs inpira 1.8
EVEN 1.8 fake is enuf to beats preve ma..

but why not 1.3 gen2 trade to 1.6 gen2 too?

"upgrade to 1.6, oni change crankshaft & conrod" how much totAL?
*
Crankshaft and conrod price is subjective

But labour cost and spare parts cost for total overhaul is rm1k (yes i did it at the same time inclusive of bearings etc)

But then when my waterpump failed, i cried lol..it failed after my overhaul etc cry.gif

Which one is better... preve cfe or Ford Fiesta s... i know they are in different league... i just need to compare quality, features, handling, safety, and performance...
this is what I found so far... Please preve owners... do not hesitate to comment more...

grumble.gif
Quality - Fiesta
Features - On par.
Handling - On par. Preve is more stable, Fiesta is more nimble.
Safety - Preve CFE vs Fiesta S, Preve wins. Preve CFE vs. Fiesta S XTR / Beta or Fiesta Sedan, Fiesta wins.
Performance - Preve wins if high speed rolling start, Fiesta wins if pickup from low speed. If hill climbing, Preve has the upperhand. But this is just in theory, have never raced with Preve before.
Practicality - Preve. Fiesta S has tiny boot and small cabin.
Fuel Economy - Fiesta

If you are looking for a family car, no point looking at the Fiesta. Like other said, wait for the Preve hatchback and see what Proton has to offer.

EDIT: Oh another thing, despite having 6-spd dual clutch, the Fiesta has no manual mode.

Well, not trying to scare you or anything, but the infamous problem of mysterious sounds d from the rear will likely to plague you as well... tongue.gif

Hi, have u try to remove the metal clamp that hold the handbrake cable and replace it with cable tie?
Or add additional cable tie at the handbrake cable

Both at rear location la near the tyre hmm.gif

I'm going to send to the SC for first 1,000km this weekend, so will have them look into it as well. Did the method you mentioned solve the problem?
*
go to SC 3x, none of them solved it.. but i got free absorbers la... it is on my inspira. apparently waja oso have same problem. so might be the same as me. knowing the proton QA/QC, it might be the case. either u put more sponge there or u try replace with tie cable. if ur car is not moving, difficult to say oso.. u needs to do try and error
