Anyone noticed the fan speed fluctuates ? Mine suddenly fast and slow when set to middle.. is it normal ?

Just noticed a new rattling.. from the gearbox lever itself.. especially going uphill.. is this normal ? And I feel the lever is very hard to push from day 1..

For the tik tik sound , prevoc fb has stated the solution. Worked for me. Enlarging a metal gap below the rear left speaker dashboard.
