My friend realiased she is given the display set sofa. For Sofa check under the sofa to check for signs of dirt, wear and tear.

Deep Living just called me and said delivery delayed for a week. mad.gif

I told the lady that I had expected this to happen and relate to her that there were many people who complained about Deep Living in internet forums. She was apologetic (like always kena laser from customers).

I warned her that the company had better not screw up the delivery and the furnitures I ordered, else... bruce.gif

My nightmarish experience with Deep Living is finally over today.

They delivered the L Sofa to replace the one that came with the wrong colour and wrong pattern!

It took them close to 2 months to replace the L Sofa!

I'm relieved that the ordeal dealing with Deep Living is OVER!

I swear I will never buy any more furniture with Deep Living.

Shop with them if you really have to, but be prepared to get screwed by their delivery!

Do not buy from this company! Stay away from it because they will promise u many things that sounds so good but in the end they will NOT do as promised! They just bluntly ignore their promises! They failed to deliver on time and the product delivered will not be as expected. Horrible!

They promised to deliver our custom made king bedframe on a specific date, so we took a day off for delivery and when I called Vonza they had NO CLUE about my order! They said the marketing was done by a part time agent and they are unaware. If its your agent that u appointed, represents u, got your shirt on and everything, then it is YOU that is responsible! Imagine if we didn't call! Tahun depan baru dapat katil is it? My guest are arriving tomorrow and I don't have a proper bed because of VONZA!

So many delays and breach of promises! When we purchased it they said their factory was in Sg Buloh but now they're saying its in Johor and that's why they're late!! I don't care where your factory is! If u promised for it to be delivered on a certain date then u just deliver it on that day! Its 2018 and with more competition around u, don't expect your company to survive much longer with this kind of attitude! Horrible horrible horrible! Good enough I'm not suing u for compensation!

not sure about you but they're still surviving after so many years.

also rule of thumb is always expect delays. but as long within 1 month should be acceptable as long quality is delivered.

every other phone number from them could not phone in.

Shit I think all their outlets has been closed down. Gone case I guess. Paid 2k+ during exhibition 🤬🤬🤬

mine not much different with yours. sofa spoilt within few months, now have to find third party and pay for reparing work
