Guys....I had read all your comments and I found out there are no solutions for my problem..
I just got this phone a day ago a860k from my sis as birthday present but I do got a problem which is really annoy me...
This phone work well which mean can call, SMS, online and everything BUT it cannot check balance...
Anyways I using prepaid umobile....
Can't check the balance is ok for me but cannot reload is really frustrated me...
Any can help with this?
When I enter the code *118# , it just say "connection problem or invalid mmi code"

guys...any1 knw where to repair this phone? dropped my phone into water and it cant work anymore...send to my fren for servicing and he said that he had no spare parts to repair the phone
