I recently parked my car at a white line along jalan alamanda for 15 minutes to go into the clinic. Came back to see a PDRM summon on the windscreen. Went to pay at the Kajang Traffic police station next day. The lady told me I have to RM 150. I asked if I can appeal but she said "no". Further she said that If I don't pay amount will increase by rm 50 every month. Is this true?
