This was in 2013, right? Tomica price gone up from that. Standard retail price currently is 468yen, if I'm not mistaken. Don't expect to find anything rare from retail outlet, though, except maybe for tomica store in Umeda Daimaru where you might find recent expo and tomica shop items.
