Anybody knows if Litt Tak gonna bring in the Tomica Premium line?

Good luck looking for retail price for the civic type r white bro. That's a discontinued model. Same with the tomica limited police malaysia, since tomica limited has been discontinued and the tl evo set is the last set 2models released.

I don't get the comparison. Tomica Limited line is discontinued. Good luck in finding any hot/in demand model for cheap. Tomica Limited Vintage/Neo is pricier than Tomica Premium.
Tomica Premium price is almost the same as Tomica Limited (TL-756￥ vs. TP-800￥(baseline for cars)) after factoring inflation and such and depending on models.

Your best bet will be local online seller since TLV / TLVN are not brought in by our local distributor, Litt Tak.. so I'm not sure if there are any local physical store that stocks em up. There are no N-Attack package white. only black and full gray tampo. There are previously the normal TLVN white and red gtr nismo, retail price 2700￥ - around rm100 with the current rate. Around rm80 when it was released with PO price. Now? prepare to pay up to rm150, I guess..

My bad, then.. I thought the Red one is just a recolor of the white. while the N Attack is the upcoming release. My bad.

Well, basically the majority of the cars should have no problems. Except the bulldozer types, the long types, or wide bodied cars. The ones with the X at the back picture shows which types are not compatible, while the triangle should have no problems..

This was in 2013, right? Tomica price gone up from that. Standard retail price currently is 468yen, if I'm not mistaken. Don't expect to find anything rare from retail outlet, though, except maybe for tomica store in Umeda Daimaru where you might find recent expo and tomica shop items.

Premium will be around 864-972, depending on type. Other series such as Disney tomica, Dream tomica, usually starts at 648yen. TLVs will be 1500 and above.

Well, you can try hunting in the garage sales section here in lowyat forum, or facebook pages, or ebay.. All of the sets you stated are no longer in production, so be prepared to part with a whole lot of cash.. Good luck.

There's actually a simple reason for that... ToysRUs are bringing in the Mattel disney cars and planes. If they bring in Tomica's, they'll cannibalize their own market.

It means that the model with the old number will no longer be in production, just like the regular line where one number is replaced every month..

Not a problem.. I was surprised when they decided to quickly reuse the number too. But since its a relatively new line, completist can still catch up at this point.. but 2 models for every couple of month kinda hurts the wallet...


The model may be out of rotation, but if its ever re-released, its usually with a new number and a new design or color. eg. Lancer Evo X maroon and Lancer Evo X British Police.. Older models (Evo IV, VII, R33, R34, etc) are no longer in production when they are replaced.. and as every month a number is replaced with a new model/design/color.. so the 140 models of this month is not the same as a month, 2 months previous..
