dun drink cold drinks the best way.
eat chocolate once or twice a week. drink more hot drinks. when painful, lying on bed. eat chocolate. still pain, holiday and see doctor. and dun eat panadol, you will have "waterfall" after that |

lay her down to sleep..put ur warm hand to her abdomen (where menstrual cramp takes place).. gently massage there.. will soothe the pain quite impressively for me.. especially at nite getting her to sleep..

I use those hot pack over my tummy, it helps alleviate the pain. Drinking ginger tea when you're having cramps helps too in my case. Worse come to worse just go get some painkillers from the pharmacy

those massage on the abdomen or stomach part can only cure for temporary only..
last time i also have this kind of problem.. every month sure very pain until i cant do anything and just lying on the bed.. Currently, i taking chinese medicine.. drink 'pat zhen' and eat 'pak fong pill' everytime after period.. erm..another way is to take EPO (evening primrose oil).. it's available at pharmacies.. i never try it before.. but i read it from net n many ppl suggest it.. but EPO has to be taken everyday.. so it's in ur choice to choose what method.. |

What I heard from another girl was girls who experience pain during period are those who are weak.
Try giving them lots of healthy food and herbs (like ginseng) regularly and slowly start to excersise alot to improve overall health. |
