According to the developer's style so far, most probably soho n studios....but IMHO, damansara perdana has more than enough shoebox units, its getting annoying to have more there

true, with affordable price range, one can only opt to buy a new studio or an run down condo, i guess most yuppie would choose the former

Look at ritze 2 at night, less than 50% got light up....with ED coming out and empire city next...gd luck
