Yeah it's made by the same people that made the Pokemon games (GameFreak)... The Pokemon songs are unlocked once you clear a world.

Heard it's getting a us release soon. If u own a jp ver 3ds you can try out the demo and see lor... I got the game after trying the demo in fact. Hehe
