The Punch CVT doesn't limit at 5k rpm. Its maximum rev it could take is 6,000rpm. That is why Proton limit the rev on all CVT cars (except Inspilah) to 5,500 - 5,750rpm.

last time Perdana price is around RM 105,000-110,000.
But I don't think a Perdana replacement model is imminent. After the PReve hatch, the next car is the new global small car project. Then from that small car, will spawn a saga replacement model, so the saga FLX is to stay, for a very long time more. |
