Just have my 2nd workout at Ultimate Gym and I can say that the equipments in there are complete, at least for me.
A few machines that I hardly see in most hardcore gym are the assisted chin/dips machine and UG have it. Good and well maintained machines |

I was at D'Popeye earlier. Decent place. A bit cramped but friendly atmosphere. Good bang for bucks too with the price of RM4.
Note, if you're intimidated by huge men, don't go lol. Everyone there seems to be at least two to three times larger than the average guy. |
