* How come you got this message? Did you send them an email, or is this a mass mailing to all pre-orders? Just wondering because I didn't get it.

* When did you make your pre-order? A little strange that Digi implies the free casing is for all online orders, when on its website it says the free casing is only for the first 100 pre-orders. Maybe it's a tactic to make people rush...
