Well if LTE matters to you then i would suggest waiting for Maxis. The speeds are pretty good. Also because the bandwidth is still unhogged by too many users at the moment.

There will still be some very minor gaps . If you are looking for the perfect unit with absolutely no gap, quite tough i would say . Maybe n hopefully the M'sian sets are improved versions. Infact bloggers said HTC should not even boast about this as most units found with at least minor gaps

grip is better than XZ because i can fit with 1 hand XD well at least for me.
display is nice, didn't compare with other decent phone, only see from distance. 
and the finger print magnet is better than expected, not really visible for black like the video show that really bad. 

personally i think it is like holding S3, because i go other side of booth to hold S3 haha...
XZ is slightly wider and when i hold it i only left the last joint of the finger to hold XZ.

button respond indeed is not so responsive a bit.
colour wise up to you, i choose black because my colleague choose silver lol. and thanks to iphone 5, everyone choose black then when comes to ONE, everyone get silver lol to avoid iphone 5.

i believe blinkfeed cannot be disabled.. i would love to use sens 5 but i am not fond of blinkfeed if it only show fb stuff. i will read more on it

for me 16gb for all the apps, add on can put movie those but i believe i no need such big capacity cos i have 10inch tablet for movie purposes. HOX is using tegra 3, i am looking forward to tegra 4.. but looks like ZTE is the one to produce phone using tegra 4... damn, very skeptical about china products.. especially it is design in china and made in china..

Better to test it ourself... This is sad...
