Lot of people are just predicting what will happen in the market.

Good strategy? 

Does investor try to predict the market?
Does trader try to predict the market?

Well I have not lost money in my overall holdings, since i started investing if that is what you are asking... investing is a long term process, if you treat it like gambling, you will lose your pants. 

Same here, a friend of mine ask for a stock tip, i gave him one told him you can earn 10-15% profit in 4 months. His Reply to me was " Do you know anything about the stock market? ppl makes tons of money overnight you know".

4.5 u eat.. 4.7 u sell...

20cent gain just like that... 

We shall leave it to traders, they have the Crystal ball to see

BTW, MISC was listed at rm 5, not much a value as a Blu Chip for holding some donkey years.

or should be the other way round, ie. bulk of MISC business come from Petronas?

Gas can be transport via pipe, not all gas must be necessary must be using ship.
In fact, in my working industrial area, gas pipe are lay across the industrial area that supply the factories for industrial usage around.

It is always good that company does not venture big into business or sector outside their core strength of business

I am still looking at Iskandar theme.
I am more convinced in the sector following the news of Kuok buying landing from UEM Land and more so because the sector leaders have consolidated nicely, which means I am looking at Tebrau and UEM Land. ( Looking hor. If anyone likes to twist and turn what I say here, be my guess. )
KSL has retraced nicely.
If it consolidates at current prices, I am of course, interested. 

I am also looking at Globetronics. Again, just looking.

I am also looking at MISC.
Waiting for all the excitement in the stock to cool off first before I take any action.

I am also looking at AEON Credit. LOL!
