For me, eyeing on some low PEs stocks  with reasonable Dividends ( using reits 4/5% as guideline ) .

If I buy, spare some to average down.

I might buy some Guru Gark stocks . He is good anyway.

Already dropping.. Some area already saw it happening..

Last year.. I transacted some place in Selayang. December 2012 is RM 1.1m
Now people selling 1.08m and still subject to more tax (extra 5%)
They thought holding it longer, property price will become 1.15m, 1.2m...

So they end up paying more installment, and subject to another additional 5%.. More to come.

Many places cannot get value, keep shouting the price so high up... And cannot be sold.

I am skeptical on the appetite of the investor in property at the current price compared with the current salary range. Salary cannot cope up with it as long as there are illegal/foreign workers who are pulling the par standard down.

You don't do... They do at way cheaper rate. So if you want to do.. You maybe get paid a little bit more..
