Me too... traceroute stop until 58.71.x.x and did made a call to 123, they said Technical not working at this hour. Can only help me to troubleshoot on/off modem, what a crap. cry.gif icon_question.gif

Ok thanks all for confirmation, I thought I was the only one. Made the report too before 12pm and ticket logged. Hopefully this can be restored before 48hrs.
