Anyone experiencing frequent disconnects on Maxis fibre? What was your solution? 'Cause I'm getting disconnected every other hour and it's pissing me off to no end.

QUOTE(xpresside @ Dec 19 2013, 11:49 PM) I can concur. Don't make the switch. I operate both Unifi and Maxis in my home. Maxis disconnects at least 5-10 times a day, presenting me with pathetic surfing (or rather, non-surfing) speeds at various times of the day. In fact most of the time I have to switch over to my Unifi connection, shared by 4-5 people, but still it's more reliable than my Maxis one. |

QUOTE(mwlau @ Dec 19 2013, 10:57 AM) Hey guys, just wanna ask something about installing custom routers. I recently got the D-Link DIR-850L router to replace the Thomson TG784n one. Followed the leaflet inside for settings (VLAN ID etc.) but everytime I try to connect, it states that Network Status is busy. Any ideas? Thanks. I'd be interested to know if this works out. Thanks. |
