Recently notice high ping if use Google DNS. Remove Google DNS and seems high ping solved. Anyone same?

My ZTE modem can't even turn on. I think the adapter burned, turn on AC but nothing happen. Called to helpline and just open a case for me and more than 24 hour, no one contact me.

Me at Ampang area. Seems it took years to load page. First time face slow browsing after 2 years subscription. Other than that Internet down every quarter.
