I think it's better you refer to the front page for high rise installation.

Usually they use VDSL wall socket for high rise installation unless you can have more than one socket (not sure about this, using mine in terrace house)

So can't use more than one due to that limitation, so can only use one service at a time.

i just happen one week ago... the intermittent disconnect is not same interval timing... but sometime 30 min++ will dc, sometime 20 mins will dc.... make me headache.. rclxub.gif

i change to new Thomson router which i have another extra but it seem the same happening also..

When i'm in office, i call CS then the guy told me to change the channel... but among so many channel ... i also dont know which to use.... they told me try one by one.

so i went back to test, then feel something stupid work test it up.

Why? the reason is below:

"how am i easily know  the channel availability =.=  some more every day the channel number is varying from time to time....."
for me, i feel like no practical....if this is the solution....

so they just change a new one Thomson router for you? Same Type of model?
so it solved your issue?

For wifi problem, if u use android,u can use an app called wifi analyzer to see which channels are free.

You would be surprised at how many wifi signals are overlapping at the same channel.

Anyone had their VOIP placed out of service due to non usage?

I have that problem but doesn't really affect me as I don't use it.

Just curious as to whether other users experience the same thing.
